Hole superconductivity in oxides and other materials

in "High Temperature Superconductors" (Proc. of the Xth Winter Meeting on Low Temperature Physics, Cocoyoc, Mexico, January 1989), World Scientific, Singapore, 1989, p. 43.

A new mechansim that can give rise to superconductivity is discussed. It is proposed that this mechanism, rather than phonons, is the origin of superconductivity in solids.
